We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise
within 14 days of receipt of your online order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn
and have their original tags and packaging.
All items purchased on sale is FINAL sale and is not eligible for return, exchange,
or store credit, including items sold at a promotional discount.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
PINKYOTTO is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty or customs
reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days after delivery date.
In ANY case we will offer returns/exchange IN STORE for an online order

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Unworn merchandise with original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by original sales receipt.
No refunds. No price adjustments. ONLY store credit.
Store Credit is valid for 90 days of issue date.
All sales items are final sale, including promotional discounts.
We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
