We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days after delivery date.

All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.

All items purchased on sale is FINAL sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at a promotional discount.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

P I N K Y O T T O is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

All sales are final 7 days after delivery date.

Please contact online@pinkyotto.com prior to sending a return or an exchange. We can email you a return/exchange shipping label, which will be deducted from the cost of your order.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible. Allow up to 7-10 business days for it to refund back to your card.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
